FUNDRAISING THROUGH ENGAGING EVENTS OPEN TO ALL

Over 400 people have joined us for our previous events each contributing and uniting in support of our cause. We strive to create a warm family atmosphere at all of our events and bring people from all walks of life together.

Even before the charity was officially registered we held several fundraising events. The success of these events played a big part in the decision to register as a charity. Our goal is to set annual events, and also to inspire individuals to hold their own events to fundraise for our cause. SPRING 2017

30km walk 2020

Its Breast Cancer awareness month, Pink October, and time for my annual fundraising walk. Due to the pandemic I'm not able to return to Paris to walk, so on Sunday 1st November I walked 30km here in Miami I did it! 18 miles 6.5 hours of walking!
This was my 5th annual walk. That means my feet and legs will have walked 150km to raise funds to provide over 1k comfort kits, headscarves, nail protection and tea for patients going through treatment.

Christmas Cabaret 2017

30km 2017

Mission accomplished! I walked the 30km to the hospital for the second year! Here's a little recap video.

SPRING CABARET @ L'ETAGE - 6TH APRIL 2017

Following the success of the Christmas Cabaret, we produced a Spring Cabaret once again at L'Etage in Paris. A wonderful evening of incredible talent lending their voices to raise another 1000 Euros. From Broadway to Pop, from Italy, Spain, Canada, USA, England to France the talent was outstanding. Once again everyone who attended left with a spring in their step, memories of a wonderful evening and heart full of love.

We are eternally grateful to all the artists who gave their time.

WALK 2016

30KM WALK - 15TH NOVEMBER 2016

On November 15th 2016 just 5 months after ending treatment, Katy, Matty and Charlotte walked 30km, the equivalent distance door to door from Katy's house to l'hopital St Louis. The walk took place along the Canal De L'Ourcq from Marne La Vallée all the way to Canal St Martin and the Hospital. The team made record time finishing in under 6 hours and were welcomed by the nursing team at the hospital.

Most importantly, thanks to donations on Katy's Gofundme page the team raised over 5000 euros.

An amazing achievement of endurance and incredible support from family, friends and colleagues and the seed of building a charity was sewn.

CHRISTMAS 2016

CHRISTMAS CABARET @ L'ETAGE - 29TH DECEMBER 2016

On Dec 29th 2016 we produced a Christmas Cabaret evening at L'Etage in Paris, raising over 2000 Euros.

As a prominent artistic director, credited with creating and directing shows and events for Disneyland Paris, Katy Harris has a huge network of international artists. Throughout her treatment for cancer Katy never stopped working. Simultaneously to her cancer journey, Katy developed and directed the award-winning show 'Mickey and The Magician' which opened just a month after her last treatment. The bond and support Katy received from the artistic community was overwhelming.

The idea of producing the cabaret was to offer an evening where all artists could unite in song to celebrate the holidays. Where staff and patients from the hospital could enjoy a social evening and also open to anyone who wished to support us. The response was incredible. We sold 250 tickets and raised more money selling pink ribbons graciously made by Katy's costume designer.

Everyone who attended was treated to an evening of comedy, music, incredible voices and a festive atmosphere filled with love. The community spirit that rallied around Katy to organize the event was amazing and we are grateful to each and every one who made this evening the success it was. We hope this will become an annual event.
